I jumped at the chance to paint a wooden house for Citizens for Adequate Housing for “Raising the Roof”.  Titled “Home Tweet Home”, the house is painted in acrylic paint and features a bird with her egg, cozy in her nest.  I hope this house will find a cozy home of its own at the auction to help CAH continue their good work providing services and shelter for families in our communities.  I illustrate children’s books as a profession.  To date I have illustrated over 30 picture books.  Gingerbread Mouse, which I also wrote, is my favorite accomplishment!
