Our Inn Homes Program purchases, renovates and maintains affordable rental housing throughout the city of Peabody.  This program was made possible by funding received from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).  Program eligibility is restricted only to applicant households that meet specific income limits and other criteria indicated listed in our Tenant Selection Policy.

At this time, our affordable rental units are all occupied.  We do however accept applications at any time. Once a completed application is received, we will determine if the household applicant meets the eligibility requirements for program participation.  If the application meets those requirements,  it will be date and time stamped.  We will then add the househild appliation to our housing waitlist which we maintain on an ongoing basis.
