The Communities Land Trust program purchases, renovates and rents apartments in multi-family homes at well below market rate for families and individuals who are at least 30% below the median income for Boston's North Shore (all are below 75% of the median income). In 1996, the CLT purchased and renovated the first home, and today we own five buildings, for a total of sixteen apartments. Many of our tenants are former residents of the Inn Between and Inn Transition. The director of family services provides any needed case management, relapse care and prevention and life skill education.
